Job Description
At SapientBPO in Makati, we are seeking a dedicated Back Office Online Chat Booking Agent to support our customers effectively. Your responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications: High School Graduate or ALS Graduate, good communication skills, and at least 6 months of BPO experience (any account accepted). Fresh college graduates are encouraged to apply.
Competitive salary: Php 18,00.00 to Php 27,00.00 per month, HMO, paid leaves, 13th Month Pay, and government-mandated benefits. Shifts: Monday to Friday.
