Job Description

Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or reach 2nd year in College with no back subjects
- High School Graduates are accepted
- Must be fluent in English
- Open to working onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online chat
- Research, resolve, and log customer calls
- Provide guidance to lower-level employees
- Offer solutions and expert services to customers
