Job Description
Sapient BPO Solutions is urgently seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives for our QC Cubao location. Enjoy a one-day hiring process and the opportunity to earn between Php18,00.00 to Php25,00.00 monthly!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via online chat
- Resolve inquiries and escalate as needed
- Maintain accurate records of interactions
- Collaborate to enhance customer service processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College graduates welcome (BPO experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
Schedule: Mon-Fri, Day or Night shifts available.
