Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively seeking candidates to join our team for the position of BACK OFFICE (PURE NON-VOICE) with weekends off.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact without transfers.
- Match customer demands with Clients’ products and services.
- Use negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external clients.
