Job Description
BPO Caldwell Support – Luzon is seeking dedicated individuals to join our growing team as Back Office Representatives. We offer an industry-leading benefits package, including a competitive salary ranging from Php22,00.00 to Php29,00.00 per month.
Your responsibilities will include following standard operations, escalating priority issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications include being a High School Graduate or an ALS Graduate, with or without BPO experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
