Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems.
- Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
Qualifications: BPO experience is a plus. High School or ALS Graduate. Excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php21,00.00 – Php29,00.00 per month
