Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking talented individuals to join our team as Back Office Representatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone and written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact when possible.
- Match customer demands with our clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Communicate vital information to clients and collaborate with colleagues.
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
