Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates to join our team as Back Office Representatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact without transferring the call.
- Match customer demands with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize persuasion skills to address objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external clients effectively.
