Job Description
The Global Caldwell HUB is on the lookout for motivated individuals to become part of our vibrant team as Back Office Representatives. Your key responsibilities will include adhering to standard operating procedures, escalating urgent issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and conducting basic troubleshooting. We welcome applicants with or without BPO experience, as long as you are a High School Graduate (or ALS Graduate) with strong communication skills.
