Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues per client standards.
- Ensure a one-call resolution for customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications:
- No BPO experience necessary.
- Minimum High School Graduate or ALS Graduate.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month.
