Role: Back Office Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely order processing within 3 days.
- Lead team in order prioritization and strategy development.
- Maintain real-time order updates on the website.
- Manage a common tracker for order statuses.
- Respond promptly to customer messages on Facebook.
Requirements:
- Previous back-office experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in digital order management tools.
