Job Description
We are conducting mass hiring for Back Office Support / Call Center Agents in Metro Manila for Sapient Global. One-day hiring; applicants without BPO experience are welcome.
- Responsibilities: process customer requests (refunds, adjustments, follow-ups), verify and archive documents, monitor quality and accuracy, and propose process improvements.
- Compensation & benefits: ₱30,00 signing bonus; up to ₱28,00 base salary (higher with experience); 13th & 14th month pay; HMO from day one (up to 3 dependents); paid training; 30 paid leaves; allowances; performance bonuses; weekends off; OT/holiday pay; 20% night differential.
- Additional: potential hybrid/remote option after one year. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Work Location: In person.
