Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to negotiate payment arrangements with individuals with overdue payments.
- Provide debtors with clear information on their outstanding debts.
- Prepare documentation related to payments, settlements, and debtor communications.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in any field.
- Experience not required; problem-solving and organizational skills are essential.
- Proficient in computer systems, databases, and debt collection software.
Location:
- 314 Sen. Gil Puyat Ave. Makati City
- Ortigas City
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Full-time position
