Job Description
Sapient BPO’s SGS Hub is hiring Back Office Support in Metro Manila through a one-day hiring event. No prior BPO experience required. The role involves processing refunds and adjustments, verifying documents, performing quality checks, and contributing to process improvement initiatives to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Php30,00 signing bonus
- Salary up to Php28,00 (higher with experience); 13th/14th month pay
- HMO from Day 1 (covers up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves
