Job Description
SGS – Sapient Global Services in Makati is looking for dedicated Back Office Support staff. Candidates must possess good English communication skills and are welcome to apply if they are high school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, or K12/senior high school graduates.
The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with orders, tracking shipments, and resolving complaints professionally. This is a full-time, permanent position with a pay range of Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month.
