Job Description
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team at SGS – Sapient Global Services in Makati. Candidates should possess good English communication skills and be willing to start immediately. Job Overview: Manage customer calls and assist with product inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
- Handling inbound and outbound retail calls
- Assisting customers with orders and returns
- Providing product information and resolving complaints
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month with benefits.
