Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues according to client standards.
- Achieve one-call resolution while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications:
- No prior BPO experience required; all applicants welcome.
- Must be a High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
