Job Description

Position Details:
- Job Type: Freelance Full-time (42 hours/week)
- Schedule: 4 days on, followed by 3 consecutive days off
- Location: On-site in Quezon City, Eastwood
Responsibilities Include:
- Handling emergency and non-emergency calls
- Coordinating with internal teams
- Monitoring driver schedules and tracking deliveries
Qualifications:
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply (degrees in related fields are advantageous)
- Preferred customer service experience
- Strong English communication skills
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00/month
