Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2nd year in College
- High School Graduates are accepted

Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to call questions and complaints
- Gather information and resolve customer queries
- Communicate alternatives promptly
- Inform clients about expert services
- Provide guidance and support to lower-level employees
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay, Commission pay
Education: Senior High School (Preferred)
Experience: Customer Support Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
