Job Description
- Proven experience as a baker, preferably in a similar role or industry
- Knowledgeable of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients
- Ability to operate and maintain baking equipment
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring ingredients
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production
- Willingness to collaborate with other team members in a kitchen setting
