Job Description
I. Job Objective: Produce high-quality baked products (cakes, breads, and pastries) for display based on production plans and shift targets.
II. Key Result Areas:
A. Member Service: Provide freshly baked items, ensure cleanliness in display areas, and interact with members.
B. Stocks: Manage daily inventory, prepare dough and bakery items according to schedule, and conduct weekly stock checks.
C. Merchandise: Initiate product demos, maintain freshness, and implement “Bakery Item of the Week.”
IV. Job Qualifications: At least a college level education and three years of experience in the bakery industry. Full-time position with an 8-hour shift.
