Job Description
Liberty Flour Mills, Inc. is currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Baker to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will perform tests on flour samples, specifically evaluating breads and cakes for texture, aroma, and taste. Additionally, you will measure and record bread volume from laboratory-milled flour while ensuring that the baking area is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
This is a full-time, permanent position that comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, company events, and free parking. Supplemental pay includes a 13th-month salary, overtime compensation, and bonuses. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
