Job Description
As a Bakeshop Supervisor, you will oversee the overall operations of our bakery, ensuring the quality and timeliness of baked goods. Responsibilities include managing a team of bakers, creating production schedules, and maintaining inventory levels. You will also be responsible for quality control, training staff on recipes and techniques, and upholding sanitation standards.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in baking, experience in a supervisory role, and excellent organizational skills. A passion for creating delicious pastries and desserts is a must. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential to effectively manage the team and ensure the smooth running of the bakeshop.
