Job Description
- Overseeing the daily operations of a bakery, including production, baking, stocking, and customer service.
- Developing and implementing production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.
- Training and supervising bakery staff in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
- Monitoring and adjusting production processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Overseeing standards for displaying and merchandising of new and existing products.
- Must have related experience in a similar role or industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Can start ASAP.
- Willing to be assigned in Mabalacat, Pampanga.
