Job Description
As a Bancassurance Financial Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to customers through the bank’s channels. Your primary objective will be to achieve individual sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with bank customers to identify their insurance needs. You will present suitable insurance solutions, answer any inquiries, and assist customers in the application process. Additionally, you will collaborate with the bancassurance team to implement sales strategies and meet financial goals.
To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must have a good understanding of insurance products and be able to explain benefits and coverage to potential customers. Previous sales experience, preferably in the banking or insurance sector, is advantageous.
