Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Bancassurance Financial Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our insurance products through the bank’s channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank customers, providing them with expert advice on insurance products and solutions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans that meet their specific requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the bancassurance business.
- Collaborate with the bank’s branch staff to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements to effectively educate customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in bancassurance or the insurance industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
