Job Description
A Bancassurance Service Associate (BSA) plays a crucial role in the banking and insurance industry. As a BSA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling various insurance products to bank customers, and ensuring their financial protection needs are met.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in understanding insurance policies and their benefits.
- Identifying customers’ insurance needs and providing suitable recommendations.
- Processing insurance applications, policy renewals, and claims.
- Building long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
- Achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
