Job Description
A Bancassurance Service Associate (BSA) is responsible for providing efficient and effective customer service in the bancassurance department of a financial institution. The primary role of a BSA is to assist customers in selecting suitable insurance products and services that meet their financial needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Offering customers personalized advice on insurance products and services
- Assessing customer needs and providing appropriate insurance solutions
- Conducting detailed analysis of various insurance policies and premiums
- Managing customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Collaborating with insurance providers to ensure prompt resolution of customer requests
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. Additionally, candidates must possess a sound knowledge of insurance products and services, and be able to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
