Job Description
The role encompasses a diverse range of duties and responsibilities, including overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of a bank branch to meet sales targets, profit goals, and service level expectations.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in the banking industry
- Knowledge of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
- Experience in rural banking is a plus
