Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bank Operations Associate. In this role, you will specialize in handling Telegraphic Transfers and ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of international payments.
Responsibilities:
- Process and validate Telegraphic Transfers accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any payment-related issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions.
- Adhere to all applicable banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving client requests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bank operations, international payments, or telegraphic transfers preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under pressure.
