Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s graduate
- With at least 1 year of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in banking/finance
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willing to do fieldwork
- Willing to work on a day shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the affiliation/disaffiliation of New-to-bank (NTB) merchants for P2M/e-wallet and/or new product expansion in the area of responsibility.
- Responsible for servicing the needs and concerns of assigned merchants.
- Provides assistance to the division, company promotions, and projects.
- Searches and evaluates prospective merchants for affiliation within the area of responsibility by building their own portfolios.
- Conducts regular visitation to assigned merchants, ensuring all immediate needs and concerns of the merchants are addressed properly and promptly.
- Reviews actual billings against targets and prepares weekly and monthly analysis reports for submission to the division and group head.
- Recommends and undertakes disaffiliation of merchants (e.g. non-billers, those who fail to meet billings requirements, fraud merchants, those who surcharges or as recommended by CCAP).
