Job Description
Information Professionals, Inc. is urgently seeking a Collection Staff to join our team in Malate. We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
- Graduate of any business course
- Proficiency with basic computer programs
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Keen attention to detail
- Willing to be assigned in Roxas Blvd. Malate, Manila
- CAN WORK ASAP
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform collection activities for Auto Accounts and maintain delinquency level
- Record all clients’ transactions using the Collection System
- Monitor client’s commitment and settlement
- Facilitate check deferment and other repayment arrangements
- Endorsed account to CRC for field visit
- Reporting directly to PITS Operation Supervisor
