Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their banking and finance inquiries.
  • Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Needed Qualifications

  • High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
  • Good Communication Skills
  • 1 year of BPO experience (any account accepted)
