Job Description
TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Team Leader/Team Manager for a financial account based in Clark, Pampanga. This is an exciting full-time opportunity for candidates with a strong background in BPO, specifically in US banking and financial services such as credit card, collections, or auto loans.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of leadership experience within a BPO environment. Interviews will be conducted over the phone, ensuring convenience for applicants.
Schedule includes an 8-hour shift, with opportunities for overtime.
Preferred education includes a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in English is required.
