Position: Banking/Financial Customer Service Representative

Salary: 20,00 – 22,00 PHP
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) experience, preferably in an insurance-related account.
- Education: Must have completed at least 2 years of college.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Location: Willing to work onsite in ALA.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be amenable to shifting schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the insurance industry, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and relevant information in compliance with industry regulations.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of insurance products and services to effectively assist customers and provide appropriate information.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to share insights, best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, processes, and business needs in a dynamic work environment.
