Job Description
Under the guidance of the Sr. Branch Manager, the Banquet and Event Services Manager oversees operational standards, ensures safety, and maintains customer service. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring banquet services, managing promotional activities within budget limits, and supervising service quality. This role also involves leading the team to execute client events seamlessly based on the Sales and Marketing Plan.
