Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the business operations and overseeing the smooth operations of the Restaurant and Banquet during the event.
To monitor rosters, train and supervise staff, and manage wage costs.
To monitor the quality and consistency of all food served from the kitchen.
To ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints.
Ensure departmental policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
Assist with maintaining and improving departmental operating standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience working as a Supervisor.
- Knowledgeable to operate POS Systems.
- Strong Management Skills, customer service skills, effective communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in food costing.
- Background in Filipino and Spanish Cuisine Restaurants is an advantage.
