Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Barista / Cashier in Fredley Group of Companies. As a Barista / Cashier, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages as well as handling customer transactions at our coffee shop. This includes taking customer orders, operating the cash register, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista or cashier is preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
