Job Description
Baristas at MIMMI RECRUITMENT make and serve beverages, such as coffee and tea, and foods like sandwiches and muffins. Responsibilities include coffee preparation, menu explanation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements:
- High school diploma or NCII Passer
- Experience in food/beverage or customer service
- Training in food and beverage preparation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and bend for long periods
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Engaging personality and teamwork
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php610.00 per day
Benefits: Paid training
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Rotational shift, Holidays, Weekends, Overtime
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary, Overtime pay
Ability to Commute: Santa Rosa City, Laguna (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Santa Rosa City, Laguna: Relocate before starting work (Required)
