Job Description
Baristas at MIMMI RECRUITMENT make and serve beverages, such as coffee and tea, and foods like sandwiches and muffins. Key responsibilities include packaging coffee blends, explaining menu items, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or NCII Passer
- Experience in food/beverage prep or customer service preferred
- Training and willingness to learn about food and beverage prep
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods
- Availability for varied work hours
- A polite, engaging personality with commitment to customer satisfaction
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php610.00 per day
