Job Description
- Observe the highest level of customer service at all times
- Perform order taking and process payment through the POS
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following food safety procedures
- Ensure and record proper inventory of food and non-food items
- Make necessary endorsement of breakages, out of stock items, customer complaints to the store manager/OIC
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store at all times
- Endorse all POS duties to their counterparts for the next shift
- Responsible for reports assigned by the manager or OIC including but not limited to Daily Sales Report, Change Fund, Sales Depots Slip, Food and Beverage Inventory, etc.
- Attend trainings facilitated by the manpower service provider
- Other tasks as assigned
