Job Description
Baristas contribute to the success of Dean and Deluca by engaging customers on a daily basis. They provide prompt service, quality beverages, products, and maintain a clean and comfortable store environment. They prepare beverages for customers that comply with company standards. Baristas are the models to our “Happy Everyday” platform. They should maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. They should follow store operating policies and standards, handle cash, and ensure store security. Must be able to comply with SOP’s, duties and responsibilities, side works, etc. Ensures monthly inventory is accomplished. Must ensure all stocks are complete and properly coordinated with the manager on duty. Must do assigned tasks by the Manager.
