Job Description
Education and Work Experience
- Hospitality degree is a leverage
- Prior trainings in coffee-making, customer service, and cookery are highly appreciated
- Prior work experience in a coffee shop or restaurant is appreciated
Other Qualities
- Highly interested in specialty coffee
- Has leadership skills
- Ready to work long hours
- Can be flexible with his or her time
- Requires less supervision
- Maintains professionalism and camaraderie in the workplace
- Great customer-relations skills
