Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve quality coffee, tea, bread, and meals
- Maintain equipment properly
- Handle orders, questions, and concerns politely
- Accurately manage payments
- Provide efficient customer service
- Demonstrate menu knowledge
- Adhere to health and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of safe food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Good memory to manage multiple orders
- Ability to follow directions
