Job Description
Archduke Coffee + Roastery is seeking full- and part-time Baristas and Junior Baristas to join a small, close‑knit team. Successful candidates will learn coffee preparation and roasting disciplines while delivering professional service.
- Prepare coffee and non‑coffee beverages to quality standards
- Provide warm, efficient customer service; take orders and offer recommendations
- Handle cash, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness and safety
- Participate in paid training; on‑site café role
We welcome reliable team players with strong communication and sales skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Suitable for students seeking part‑time shifts. Compensation: Php658.00 per day.
