Job Description
A barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee-based beverages in a professional and customer-friendly manner. The key tasks include taking customer orders, operating coffee-making equipment, and ensuring high-quality and consistent coffee production.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and possess excellent customer service skills. They should be familiar with different coffee brewing methods and be able to recommend suitable options based on customers’ preferences. Additionally, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial for this role.
As a Barista, you will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, handling cash transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of coffee making is preferable, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
