Job Description
Barista Responsibilities:
– Welcoming customers, informing about specials, taking orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety.
– Providing menu assistance efficiently and educating customers on coffee blends and brewing methods.
– Learning brewing techniques, enhancing presentation, and ensuring equipment operation.
Barista Requirements:
– Vocational Diploma/College Degree in Hospitality Management
– 1-2 years experience, strong communication skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
– Able to work peak hours, weekends, holidays in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
Benefits: Additional leave, Promotion opportunities, Paid training, Promotion to permanent employee
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Holidays, Monday to Friday, Shift system, Weekends
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Overtime pay, Tips
