Job Description
We are seeking a talented Barista to join our team at Sodexo Philippines. The Barista will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages, engaging in coffee mixology and latte art, while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of relevant experience and demonstrate proficiency in coffee preparation and cashiering.
Duties Include:
- Prepare a variety of coffee beverages.
- Efficiently manage transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness in the workspace.
- Build strong customer relationships.
Compensation: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 / month, with benefits including health and life insurance, company events, and opportunities for promotion.
