Job Description
Are you passionate about coffee and leading a team? Highlander Coffee is seeking a skilled Barista / Supervisor to join our crew in Mining Angeles City.
- Advanced Coffee Skills: Expertise in coffee brewing, espresso extraction, and latte art.
- Experience: Several years as a barista and some leadership experience.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle complaints.
- Leadership: Experience managing a team and training new staff.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage inventory and ensure cleanliness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
