Job Function:
The Business Center Operations Assistant at SM Store Sta. Rosa is responsible for selling products and services and ensuring excellent customer service. Working closely with the supervisor to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Process daily transactions following cashiering procedures
- Sell various products and services
- Manage cash funds and submit accurate reports
- Address customer concerns
